ACES Middlesex County Early Head Start

Description:

Serves eligible families in Middletown, Cromwell, Portland, Old Saybrook, Clinton, and Westbrook. It is parent and child development home visiting program that provides education supporting child development, health, social services, and community resources to families in the service area. Playgroup and parent leadership offered.

Programs
